About

My name is Mason Caragao

Growing up playing basketball, I experienced firsthand how injuries and setbacks kept me from the activities I loved. After missing countless games throughout my basketball career, I dedicated my college years to earning a Bachelor's and Master's degree in kinesiology. My goal was to learn how to help others prevent injuries, recover from them, and get back to their lives. With this knowledge, I continue to play basketball and have added golf to my hobbies. Allow me to share my expertise in injury prevention and recovery so you can return to the activities you love.
